Founded by Fabrizio Bianchi in 1962, Castello di Monsanto helped establish the modern reputation of Chianti Classico. Today Laura Bianchi continues the family's focus on Sangiovese, sustainability and cellar-worthy wines, including the pioneering single-vineyard Il Poggio.
