Veteran Napa winemaker Rosemary Cakebread founded Gallica as a small, hands-on project devoted to site and vintage. Organically farmed fruit and restrained cellar work shape elegant Cabernet Sauvignon and limited-production wines with freshness, detail and a clear sense of place.
